CDI offers unlimited paid time off for vacation time, personal days, and sick days. We also have 13 company-wide annual holidays.
CDI offers health, vision, and dental plans through Aetna and MetLife via JustWorks. We significantly subsidize medical plan premiums with fixed contribution amounts, while for vision and dental, we cover 80% of the employee-only premiums and 50% for spouses and dependents.
You’ll be eligible for these plans starting on the first of the month after your hire date.

Every full-time employee is offered $1,000 per calendar year to spend on their professional development.
CDI employees can choose to participate in a 401(k). We cover admin fees on behalf of employees, and beginning January 1, 2025, match 100% of contributions up to 3%. Employer matching contributions are subject to a 3-year vesting schedule for employees hired on or after January 1, 2025. For employees hired before January 1, 2025, employer matching contributions vest immediately.
New employees are provided with a laptop, an external monitor, and other hardware and accessories as needed.
CDI provides each employee with whatever software is needed for their work.
