Through our PEO, JustWorks, CDI offers medical, vision, and dental plans through Aetna and MetLife. You’ll have access to these plans starting on the first of the month following your hire date. Details about plans and plan contributions can always be found in your JustWorks account in the Benefits section.

Medical

For medical insurance, CDI contributes the following amounts towards monthly premiums. The remainder of monthly premium costs are deducted from your pre-tax earnings.

Vision and Dental

CDI covers 80% of the vision and dental premium costs for employees, and 50% for spouses and dependents. The remainder of monthly premium costs are deducted from your pre-tax earnings.

We offer 3 dental plans:

2. Aetna Dental PPO 3* (offered in 2023-24)
3. MetLife Dental PPO 3

We offer 2 vision plans:

1. Aetna Vision* (offered in 2023-24)
2. MetLife Vision+
